A good first choice of material for rigid contact lenses. Durable and resilient. More scratch resistant and steady at the same time. Has a very good wettability.
This material has a oxygen permeability DK50, and has a good wettability.
The material has the highest DK value of Fluoroperm materials, ideally suited to the larger lenses.
A material that can replace sunglasses. All UV radiation (including UVA and UVB) is reduced to less than 1% transmission. Blue light (below 500 nm) is reduced to less than 36% in SportSight gray-brown.
A durable and resistant material. Perfectly suited for very thin designs.
Optimum Comfort is a material with improved wettability, stability and oxygen permeability (DK).
The material is pale pink, which has been shown to have a contrast-enhancing effect. For information on the material, see Optimum Comfort.
The material has a high DK value (100DK). When the wearer has normally functioning tear fluid, this is a very good choice.
This material has the highest DK value of all Boston materials.
Boston EO is the popular material with good average DK value.
